Leonard Dimmick

Leonard Dimmick, the Director of Finance at NDC Distributors, oversees financial planning, budgeting and forecasting, cash flow tracking and analysis, management reporting, risk management, and decision support analytics.  His focus will be on leading annual budgeting and planning processes, building forecast models, overseeing month-end close, maintaining cash flow forecasting, and collaborating closely across the teams and with leadership. 

Leonard is an accomplished finance professional with a performance driven background across all aspects of financial planning & analysis.  He is a trusted strategic business partner focused on value creation and growth, operational efficiency, alignment of financial insights with organizational strategy, tactical investments, and process improvement. His prior experience includes senior financial management roles at Educational Testing Service (ETS) and AT&T.  Leonard holds a degree in Business Economics and an MBA from Rutgers University.
