Can I place my orders online myself?
Yes you can! You will need to sign up for an account. Head on over to our Pharmacy sign-up page by clicking here. Once your credit is approved you will receive an email with log-in instructions.
How do I contact customer service?
If you click here to fill out our “contact us” form and we’ll have a representative contact you straight away.

Can I order by phone?

How can I reach my sales rep?
We have a complete roster on the Meet Our Team page of all our sales reps and their email addresses.
How can I find your weekly specials?
Several ways actually:
- Our best specials are always listed on our website’s home page. Just click on the product you are interested in purchasing and after you log into your account the item will be added into your shopping cart.
- New specials are posted by noon on Monday’s.
- Visit our Weekly Specials page by clicking here.
- All specials will be highlighted in the order entry system.
- Subscribe to our weekly specials email. Details are in the next FAQ.
How do I sign up for your mailing list?
If you are a customer of NDC Distributors you’re automatically subscribed! You can also enter your email address into the subscribe field at the bottom of every page.
How do I stop receiving your emails?
On every email we send out, at the bottom of the page, you will see an “unsubscribe” link. Just click on it and follow the prompts.
What if there are issues with your latest shipment?
You can fill out our contact us form and describe the issues with your order (be sure you put your invoice and account numbers in the form) or you can call us at: 888 694 7757. We’re here to help.
