You will begin the process by visiting www.ndcdrug.com and clicking on the “Pharmacy Sign Up” button on the top navigational bar or by clicking on the link in the blue box next to our Pharmacist.
From either of those two links you will be taken to the “Welcome New Pharmacies” screen at http://www.ndcdistributors.com/NewPharmacy.aspx.
The welcome screen has important security information on it. We invite you to take the time to give it a read.
Let’s start by clicking on the “Start” button…
Opening a new account is a six easy-step process. The first screen asks for your pharmacy’s business information.
The third screen displays the Contact Information which will be used to identify your Pharmacy’s business name, street address, phone number, etc.
The next screen asks you to create login credentials and sets up challenge questions.
Enter a username that will identify you when you login to the site.
Usernames can contain A-Z, 0-9, @ or period only.
Passwords must be between 4 and 15 characters in length.
Challenge questions and answers are used to verify your account if you forget your username or password. You can use the questions shown or change them to make your own questions
Click “next” when you have completed populating all fields.
The fifth screen is asking for your Pharmacist’s licensing information. We will need a copy of the Pharmacy’s licenses, DEA registration certificate, and NPI number to process your application.
You can upload these documents in .GIF, .JPG, JPEG, .PDF, .DOC and .DOCX formats.
Note: your account will not be activated until these documents have been sent to us.
To upload the necessary documents, you will need to click on the “Choose File” button.
Another window will appear asking you to choose the file you want to upload.
Highlight the file you want to upload and click on the “Open” button.
Click “Finished” when you have completed populating all fields.
Congrats…you’re done!
All the fields on all the screens are required.
Once approved, you’ll receive an email from us informing you that your application was approved and you can begin to place orders with NDC Distributors.
